I thoroughly enjoy working with children, teens and adults to help improve their smiles and self-confidence. I especially enjoy getting to know each and every patient and their families over the course of treatment. Watching our younger patients and teens mature is incredibly rewarding to me.

Continuing Education

As an orthodontic specialist, I stay current on the latest advancements in dentistry and orthodontics in order to provide our patients with innovative and the most up to date treatment options and care. I take special interest in learning new techniques, methods and technologies that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the treatment we provide, making your appointments and treatment more comfortable and faster.

I am an active member of study clubs and partake in several educational courses every year to learn what new or improved treatments we can share with our patients.

Outside the Office and In the Community

I was born in Coquitlam and raised in the Lower Mainland. It is incredibly exciting to me to be able to work within the community where I grew up.

Away from orthodontics, I spend the majority of my time with my three children and husband. We are constantly busy with their many sports and activities. I enjoy getting involved in the community and within the school system. It is important to give back and help, and as such, am a member of the PAC at my children's school.

I love to travel. Simply exploring new places and soaking in the culture is such an amazing experience to me. We have been fortunate to be able to go on a number of family vacations. I think the kids have the travel bug now too!

Exercise and physical activity is an important part of healthy living. Trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle with three busy children and work is not always easy, but I do my best. I have recently taken up running and completed my first half marathon in May 2017. I hope it was the first of many to come.

In contrast to general dentists who may provide orthodontic services, Drs. Lenore Louie and Ritchie Mah are Certified Orthodontic Specialists, which requires an additional three years of fulltime university education focusing on orthodontics to ensure the highest level of technical proficiency and expertise.

Our practice offers the full range of orthodontic services, from functional and removable appliances, metal and ceramic braces to clear aligner therapy.

In keeping with the latest technological advances while being environmentally conscious, our office is completely digital and paperless. This includes a digital scanner for digital models and digital radiography.

The doctors strive to provide the highest level of patient care with each patient they see, providing every patient with individualized, personalized attention at every visit. Our patients know they will be seen at each appointment by the doctor, not just the certified orthodontic assistant or team member.

We have families just like yours and as such, to fit your busy schedule and to make receiving orthodontic treatment as convenient as possible, we offer appointments before and after school and work.
