Dr. Odegaard has been providing orthodontic treatment in Kamloops for over 20 years. He is dedicated to the specialty of orthodontics. Dr. Odegaard is the past president of the Kamloops and District Dental Society and the BC Society of Orthodontists. He has served as a board member with the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, the Canadian representative to the American Association of Orthodontists and World Federation of Orthodontists and is the current president of the Canadian Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Odegaard is also a supporter of the local community and contributes to local charities including the Kamloops Food Bank, Kamloops Minor Hockey and the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation.
