Born in Hong Kong, Dr. Karim moved to Vancouver in his childhood in the late ^’70s with his family.

Dr. Karim enjoys teaching and lecturing about orthodontics as a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC in the Graduate Orthodontics Department. Apart from private practice and teaching, Dr. Karim also enjoys clinical research. Read Dr. Karim^’s publications. Dr. Karim is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

In addition to Blundell Orthodontics, Dr. Karim also works at his orthodontic office in Pitt Meadows.

When not in clinic, Dr. Karim enjoys community activities, biking, sculling, and spending time with his parents, wife, and three children.
